The Student Representative Council

The election of the Student Representative Council is a process involving every student in Year 9. An examination of the facets of leadership is undertaken in a series of Pastoral Care classes and activities and on the Year 9 Retreat under the guidance of the Year 9 Leader of Wellbeing and their team of Pastoral Care teachers. Following this our elected student leaders undergo both internal and external leadership training.

Our Student Leaders have multiple opportunities to showcase the skills which they glean from this training as they officiate at our regular College Assemblies and major College events such as Open Day, Sporting Carnivals, St. Patrick’s Day and Charity Day celebrations.

As leaders of a Year 7 – 10 College, our students represent at inter-school events alongside Year 12 students from schools across Sydney and NSW, and are regularly praised by outside observers as mature and confident contributors to such gatherings.
